**Job Summary**:
The Steward is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by efficiently delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the service team in the smooth operation of the restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and escort customers to their tables.
- Present menus and assist guests in making food and beverage selections.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
- **Food and Beverage Service**:

- Set up tables with proper cutlery, glassware, and napkins.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Clear tables after meals and prepare them for the next guests.
- Assist with the preparation and serving of beverages.
- **Cleanliness and Hygiene**:

- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house.
- Ensure all food and beverage equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic working environment.
- **Team Support**:

- Assist other team members as needed to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
- Support kitchen and bar staff during busy periods.
- **Stock and Supplies**:

- Monitor stock levels of tableware, cutlery, and glassware, ensuring adequate supplies are available at all times.
- Report any shortages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to the restaurant’s dress code and grooming standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a steward or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina required for long hours of standing and carrying trays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
