**Job Description/Job Title**: Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and new leads.
- Presenting and demonstrating products or services to prospective clients.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure future sales.
- Achieving sales targets and outcomes within the designated timeframe.
- Providing feedback to the sales team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments and trends to stay competitive in the market.

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s(bike) license.

**Work Environment**: As a Field Sales Executive, you will predominantly work outside the office, meeting clients and prospects in various locations. This role requires frequent travel within the designated territory or region. You may encounter diverse environments ranging from corporate offices to retail stores or outdoor venues. The work environment can be fast-paced and competitive, requiring you to adapt quickly to changing situations and customer needs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
