Front Office Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage **appointments, bookings, and patient schedules** efficiently.
- Maintain and update **patient records and billing information**.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Process **payments, invoices, and insurance documentation** (if applicable).
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are **clean, organized, and welcoming**.
- Provide basic information about **treatments, services, and procedures** to patients.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department if needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to **clinic policies and procedures**.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s degree/Diploma** in Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a **Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative** (preferably in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, appointment scheduling software, and basic billing systems**.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a **customer-friendly attitude**.
- Knowledge of **medical or aesthetic procedures** (preferred but not mandatory).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in **aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, or healthcare settings**.
- Familiarity with **medical billing, insurance processing, and patient management software**.
- Ability to handle **basic administrative tasks and clinic coordination**.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
