**Job Summary**: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Spares Executive to join our team at the TVS Showroom in Lakdikapul. The Spares Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating spare parts inventory, processing orders, and ensuring the timely availability of parts for servicing and repairs. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and provide high-quality service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are optimized and aligned with showroom needs.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure timely replenishment of parts from vendors.
- **Customer Service**:

- Assist customers with inquiries related to spare parts, providing detailed information on availability, pricing, and specifications.
- Ensure prompt and efficient order processing for spare parts, and manage backorders when necessary.
- Provide recommendations and solutions for customers based on their vehicle model and repair requirements.
- **Order Management**:

- Receive and process spare parts orders, ensuring that all parts are sourced and delivered on time.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve any supply chain issues.
- **Parts Distribution & Handling**:

- Ensure the proper storage and organization of spare parts in the warehouse to prevent damage and loss.
- Perform quality checks on incoming parts to ensure they meet the showroom's standards.
- **Record Keeping & Documentation**:

- Maintain and update inventory logs, customer orders, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, sales, and any discrepancies in inventory.
- **Collaboration with Service Team**:

- Work closely with the service department to ensure required spare parts are available for vehicle repairs.
- Ensure the timely delivery of spare parts for service and repair jobs.
- **Promotions & Sales Support**:

- Assist in promoting and upselling spare parts and accessories.
- Provide guidance to customers on compatible and high-quality spare parts for their two-wheelers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
