Spare Parts Executive

**Role Overview**:
The Spare Parts Executive for the 4-Wheeler Segment will be responsible for efficiently managing the spare parts inventory, overseeing stock levels, and conducting regular audits to ensure availability and accuracy. This role requires a meticulous approach to store management, experience in inventory control, and a commitment to maintaining optimal stock levels to support service operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Management**:
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely reordering of parts to prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage lead times and ensure on-time delivery of parts.
- Implement and maintain an effective inventory management system to streamline tracking and reduce stock discrepancies.
- **Store & Warehouse Management**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the spare parts store, ensuring the proper organization, labeling, and storage of parts.
- Optimize storage layout to facilitate easy access and minimize retrieval time.
- Ensure that all parts are stored in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- **Stock Audits & Reporting**:
- Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies, and prevent stock losses.
- Prepare and submit inventory reports detailing stock levels, movements, and audit results.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and address any discrepancies promptly.
- **Order Processing & Coordination**:
- Process spare parts orders from internal teams, such as service and repair departments, to support timely maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to manage reorders based on demand forecasts and historical usage data.
- Handle returns, warranty claims, and defective parts with suppliers.
- **Cost Control & Optimization**:
- Monitor inventory costs and work to minimize expenses through effective stock management and supplier negotiations.
- Identify and implement measures to reduce waste, minimize dead stock, and improve inventory turnover rates.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and returns.
- Ensure all processes adhere to company policies, and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory compliance regarding parts management.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Automotive, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 4+ years in the automobile industry, with a focus on spare parts management, store management, and inventory control.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong MS Excel skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage stock levels.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze inventory data, manage reordering points, and forecast demand based on trends.
- **Communication**: Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with suppliers, service teams, and internal stakeholders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
