**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and creative **Intern - Brand Marketing** to join our growing team. This role will support our brand strategy while playing a key role in organising and managing events that enhance our brand presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across all channels, while also overseeing event management and coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand Strategy and Management**:

- Assist in executing the overall brand strategy in alignment with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of brand communication plans across various platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

**Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Lead the coordination and execution of both internal and external events, including roundtables, sponsored events, conferences, webinars, and others
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Ensure event branding is consistent and aligned with company standards.

**Campaign Support**:

- Assist in the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop marketing materials and content for campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future efforts.

**Social Media and Digital Marketing**:

- Manage social channels, and drive content generation by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Monitor trends, create reports to analyse what’s working, and what’s not

**Project and Stakeholder Management**:

- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for both brand marketing and event projects.
- Work closely with the internal teams to ensure alignment on event logistics and branding goals.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

**Vendor and Partner Coordination**:

- Liaise with external partners, including event venues, vendors, and agencies, to ensure successful project execution.
- Handle negotiations and agreements with vendors to optimise event budgets and resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing events, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, working both independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with brand campaigns, digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills to coordinate with various teams and external partners and manage external communications.
