**CTC**: ₹2 - ₹4 LPA (Pro-rated for 6 months)

**Job Type**: 6-Month Contract (Full-Time, Work from Office)

We are looking for a results-driven **Digital Marketing Executive** for a **6-month contractual role** to lead and execute digital strategies for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the digital marketing team to achieve campaign objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering strategic direction.
- Plan and manage ad campaigns on platforms like **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads**, etc.
- Develop content strategies tailored to each client’s digital goals.
- Design and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Set up and manage **marketing automation workflows**.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; optimize campaigns to ensure **maximum ROI**.
- Create landing pages and lead capture forms to boost conversions.
- Present campaign performance reports to clients and coordinate with vendors.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years** of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience in **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads**, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong track record of **lead generation and conversion**, including voice-based engagement.
- Ability to manage small teams and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analytical mindset and a **client-focused** approach to execution.

**Note**:
This is a **contractual role for 6 months**. Based on performance and business requirements, there may be a possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
