**Job Overview**:The SEN planner will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum for SEN(Special Educational Needs) programs, including coursework, materials and instructional resources. The incumbent will be expected to conduct training programs and curriculum implementation,

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Write instructional and activity-based content.
- Creating lesson plans for teachers and worksheets for classwork & homework.
- Write and design textbooks/workbooks.
- Create and design activities for educational learning kits.

**Implementation**:

- Design and conduct training programs for teachers, students and coordinators.
- Collaborate with faculty members to ensure that the curriculum meets the needs of students and align with the program goals.
- Record teaching methodology and training videos.
- Classroom observations of the SEN classes and assessment of the teachers.

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelor/Master/Diploma in Psychology/ Clinical Psychology/ any related field
- Should be a team player and have a passion for learning and teaching
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to travel within the city & PAN India if required.
