Job Title

Project Billing Coordinator

**Job Description**:
Primary Responsibilities
- Responds and fulfills requests for Domain Billing including acquiring/decommissioning of internet
- domains and SSL certificates.
- Maintains and renews maintenance agreements.
- Manages and tracks expense report processing for the Technology Procurement group credit card.
- Maintains proper taxonomy and folder structure in IT Procurement Drive.
- Once given a task, must be able to work through all issues with mínimal supervision. When bringing
- problems to management should have possible solutions.

Experience Required:

- Previous procurement experience; negotiations skills; professional demeanor and communications skills as this position requires lots of back and forth communications with vendors.
- Critical thinking and analysis, Vendor management
- Presentation skills for small, medium and large groups
- Organizing work for timely completion in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Following complex oral and written instructions
- Working with mínimal supervision
- Establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with project teams, stakeholder, peers, and sponsors
