**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems in machinery and equipment, including but not limited to pumps, compressors, conveyors, and blowers.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Dismantle defective machines for repair, using hand tools.
- Install new or repaired parts into equipment and machinery.
- Work closely with the production team to identify areas for efficiency improvement and implement solutions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and downtime.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 to 7 years of experience as a Fitter in a manufacturing environment, polyester industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with standard tools, practices, and methods used in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safety and quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical maintenance is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,453.77 per month
