Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of all production machinery and equipment, including rubber mixing machines, injection molding machines, curing presses, conveyors, etc.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machinery is operating efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical faults and issues in production equipment.
- Replace worn or defective parts and components, such as seals, bearings, belts, and gears.
- Conduct tests to ensure equipment is running at optimal performance after maintenance or repair work.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and any repairs performed.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and setup of new machinery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and report any safety hazards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related problems that impact production schedules.
- Work with other team members to continuously improve maintenance processes, tools, and practices.
- Support training initiatives for junior staff and provide guidance on maintenance practices.
- Participate in root cause analysis of recurring issues and work toward effective long-term solutions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Maintenance Fitter** or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the rubber or automotive industry.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to repair complex machinery.
- Experience with a variety of equipment, including mixers, presses, conveyors, and molds used in rubber manufacturing.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and hydraulic/pneumatic systems is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
