Job Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to assemble, install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
- Use hand and power tools to fabricate, modify, and install mechanical components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Work with other departments to ensure that mechanical systems and equipment are integrated effectively into the overall manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for mechanical failures.
- Manage and monitor the inventory of mechanical parts and equipment to reduce downtime.
- Provide support for new equipment installations and process modifications.
- Keep accurate records of mechanical maintenance and repairs.

Job Requirements:

- 3-8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with qualifications in ITI/Diploma/12th pass in Fitter trade.
- Good knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and components.
- Understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures for mechanical systems and equipment.
- Experience in assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in a noisy environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Daman, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
