Process Coordinator

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients by managing day-to-day operational problems and accordingly updating the required dashboards & reports.
- Coordinating & keeping a close track on all ongoing projects for smooth & timely execution.
- Regular follow-up with existing departments/internal team members on pending tasks to ensure the timely movement of projects.
- Maintaining weekly & monthly MIS reports as per the requirement.
- Coordinate & ensure internal shared process is followed by all the departments.
- Prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Completes a broad variety of administrative task for the HOD including managing daily calendar of appointments to fixing appointments and meetings with the concerned persons/ departments, arranging travel plans and agendas, and compiling documents for travel related meetings.
- Works closely & effectively with the HOD to keep him informed of upcoming commitments & responsibilities and following up appropriately for smooth communication between the HOD and internal departments.
**Qualification & Skill Requirements**:
- A Graduate/Postgraduate with prior experience in process coordinator role for 1-3 years is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal, written communication & listening skills.
- Proficient in Excel, google sheets & Microsoft Office.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
