**Job Title**: Learning Management System (LMS) Operator

**Location**: Jio World Centre, BKC, Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
The LMS Operator will be responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of the Learning Management System at Jio World Centre. This role ensures the seamless delivery of digital training programs, manages user access, oversees content updates, and provides technical support to enhance the learning experience for all users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **LMS Administration**: Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS, including user account management, course assignments, and system configurations.
- **Content Management**: Upload, organize, and maintain training materials, ensuring they are current, accessible, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- **User Support**: Provide technical assistance to learners and instructors, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate user training sessions to maximize platform utilization.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Generate and analyze reports on course completions, user engagement, and system performance to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- **System Maintenance**: Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates, integrations, and ensure data security and compliance with relevant standards.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with HR, training departments, and external vendors to align LMS functionalities with organizational learning goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in LMS administration or a similar role, preferably within a large-scale organization.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
