**Position**: Program Officer
**Eligibility**: B.Ed or D.Ed in Special Education
**Experience**: 4-5 Years
**Work Location**: Bandra
**Working Hours**: 09:15 am to 05:15 pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Management**:

- Plan, coordinate, and implement programs catering to the needs of individuals with multiple disabilities.
- Develop and oversee the execution of educational initiatives in alignment with the organization's objectives.
- **Special Education Expertise**:

- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the organization's team to ensure seamless integration of programs.
- Collaborate with external partners, stakeholders, and experts to enhance the quality and reach of educational programs.
- **Monitoring and Evaluation**:

- Establish and implement effective monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess the impact of programs.
- Analyze data and feedback to continually improve and adapt programs.
- **Resource Management**:

- Efficiently manage resources, including human resources and materials, to optimize program outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and financial guidelines.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of program activities, participants, and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Training and Capacity Building**:

- Provide training and support to the program team, fostering professional development.
- Conduct workshops or training sessions for staff and stakeholders as needed.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Engage with the community to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into program development.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and community members.
