Job Title: E-commerce Executive - Order Processing and Inventory Management

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Processing online orders received through various e-commerce platforms in a timely and accurate manner

Ensuring all orders are fulfilled and shipped to customers within the expected timeframe

Maintaining accurate inventory records and reconciling inventory levels with the physical stock on a regular basis

Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products

Maintaining a clean and organized inventory storage area

Coordinating with the customer service team to resolve any order or inventory-related issues

Analyzing sales data to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained

Assisting in other e-commerce related tasks and projects as needed

**Requirements**:
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in order processing and inventory management

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and unicommerce

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Experience with inventory management software is a plus

**Salary**: Starting from ₹10,000

Location - Palladam Road
