**Job Description - E-Commerce Executive**

Cataloguing and listing of products, launching product photos on various E-commerce websites like Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon etc.

Understanding the Products, Creating Appropriate Product Tittles to Ensure Visibility, creating Product Description highlighting the key aspects of the product.

Thorough understanding of Keyword Research and Creation with Competitor Analysis

Regularly manage inventory across ecommerce portals and coordinate with the warehouse Inventory Management team for day to day stock update.

Relationship building with the client of the assigned account.

Discount Management and Participation in Deals run by Marketplaces. Coordinate with people at E com companies for day to day operations (like deals promotions)

Improving Customer reviews, attending to Customer Queries, and solving them, Sales Reporting - Returns & Cancellation.

Responsible for the entire order processing cycle that is from receiving the order till the timely delivery of orders and will also be responsible for tracking the inventory and keeping it up to date.

Will be a single point of contact between the company and platforms as well as its customers.

Creation of different MIS

**Required Qualification**:
Proven working experience in E-Commerce (Minimum 2 Years a must)

Should have knowledge of product cataloguing

Sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, E-Mail correspondence is required

Should be well versed with computer & internet

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
