**Job Overview**:
As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the user experience, driving traffic to our website, and maximizing online sales for our kids clothing brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Management**:

- Maintain and update the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers.
- Implement strategies to improve website performance, load times, and overall functionality.
- **Product Listings and Merchandising**:

- Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and prices.
- Implement merchandising strategies to highlight key products, promotions, and seasonal collections.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase brand visibility.
- Utilize social media platforms and other digital channels to promote products and engage with the target audience.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues promptly to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, customer behavior, and sales metrics.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align online and offline promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability and timely order fulfillment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion or kids clothing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce best practices.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for kids fashion trends.

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
