**Qualification**:BE / B Tech/ BCA/ MCA

**Experience**: 3-5 yrs

**Key Responsibility Area**:
1. Handling all troubleshooting of SAP B1/ ERP & user training functions

2. Co-ordination with SAP/ ERP Partner for SAP B1 / ERP

3. Provide support to maintain the accuracy of SAP transactions, master data and inventories. Uploading master data and transaction data.

4. Supports Managers, supervisors and management with SAP software and hardware needs.

5. Manages and updates master data including item masters, bill of materials, business masters, item groups, warehouses, approval process, authorizations.

6. Working & co-ordinate with SAP partner for SAP reports & layouts requirements as per SAP users and management.

8. Responsible for all add-on design & development work with SAP partners.

10. Preparation of required document list like Flow chart, item master data, bills of materials, warehouses, transaction data, machine codes, license requirement, user defined fields, crystal reports & other require add-On documents and user query reports for production process and QC departments.

12. Prepare all MIS reports on a daily and monthly basis as per management requirement.

13. Responsible for all AMC related work of the IT/SAP/ ERP department.

14. Responsible for regular audits of systems

15. Identify area of improvement to reduce cost per user per Month/ Year.

16. Ensure CRM implementation and coordinate with CRM channel partners for any upgradation and modifications required as per user request.

17. Ensure Internal audit plan is made and executed as per IT policy.

18. Recommend the management for latest technology and upgradation of IT infrastructure and new software’s to reduce number of users and entry time.

19. Maintain records of vendors activities and internal logbook for evaluation

20. Ensure user rights and authentication procedure is maintained and regularly audited in SAP/ ERP and CRM (As per management guidelines and organization policy)

**Mandatory Skills**:
1. Knowledge of SAP B1 modules, B1I integration, data migration

2. SAP B1

3. SQL queries, report development, crystal reporting,.Net developer

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Navi Mumbai - 400701, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
