We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a client relationship officer to join our Team

Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing partners as well as potential clients. As a client relationship officer, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely and collect desired information from the clients. You are also required to write down important information provided by the clients and follow up with them on a regular basis.

**Responsibilities**

1. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

2. Contacting existing clients as well as prospective clients using scripts.

3. Obtaining clients information and other relevant data.

4. Asking questions to the clients and understanding their specifications.

5. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

6. Maintaining the database of the clients on a regular basis.

7. Suggesting solutions based on client’s needs and requirements.

**Requirements**:
1.Work experience as a client relationship officer or a similar role is a plus for the opportunity.

2. Great interpersonal skills.

3. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.

4. Strong organizational skills.

5. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

6. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
