Prepare reports of all patients as dictated by concerned doctors as provided in approved format.
- Get the reports signed by the concerned doctor and deliver these to the concerned technician/ patient care services.
- Ensure that a soft copy of all patient reports is maintained securely for future reference. Further prepare an index of these files and store them permanently.
- Any other assignments given by the Centre Director.
- General Duties include:
a) Maintain punctuality and follow respective duty rosters.

b) Judiciously use resources and minimize waste without compromising patient safety.

c) Maintain Cleanliness at the work place at all times.

d) Be present at the work station and maintain discipline all the time.

e) Wear the prescribed uniform along with I Cards provided by Atulaya Healthcare at all times while on duty. A serious view is likely in the event of any act of indiscipline irrespective of the provocation if any.
Report to the supervisor/HOD and the Centre Administrator any event, happening or occurrence which could help in improving the working practices/standards at the centres. Also, report to you HOD/Centre Administrator any event, happening or occurrence which could adversely affect working or reputation of the centre.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
