** Medical Transcriptionist Direct Uploader Full Time Work from Mohali Office (work from home option available)**

**Position : Medical Transcriptionist Direct Uploader Location**

**Location : Mohali Office-based (work from home option available) Shift**

**Shift : Night Shift (regular) Salary: Hike on current Salary**

**Responsibilities**:
**- Transcribe medical dictations into written reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to**
**established guidelines and standards.**

**- Directly upload transcribed documents to the appropriate electronic health records**
**(EHR) system or platform.**

**- Review transcriptions for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information, making**
**necessary corrections and enhancements.**

**- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all relevant data protection regulations**
**and HIPAA guidelines.**

**- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other**
**medical personnel, to clarify dictation and resolve any issues or concerns.**

**- Meet or exceed the daily line production requirement of a minimum of 900 lines+ per**
**day.**

**- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively to meet**
**deadlines**

**- Adhere to quality assurance measures to ensure the highest level of accuracy and**
**precision.**

**Requirements**:
**- Proven experience of minimum 1 year or above as a Medical Transcriptionist Direct Uploader, with expertise in direct uploading.**

**- Excellent transcription skills with a strong command of medical terminology, abbreviations, and procedures.**

**- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and transcription software.**

**- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transcribed documents.**

**- Familiarity with medical reference materials, dictionaries, and resources.**

**- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment or at the office.**

**- Flexibility to work in a regular night shift schedule.**

**- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and complying with privacy regulations, including HIPAA.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,086.00 - ₹50,000.19 per month
