We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Transcriptionist Direct Uploader to join our team at Mohali location. As a Medical Transcriptionist Direct Uploader, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing and uploading medical documents and reports into electronic health records (EHR) system. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely and accurate conversion of audio recordings into written medical records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transcribe and upload medical reports and documents from audio recordings into the EHR system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of transcribed documents, adhering to established guidelines and industry standards.
- Edit and proofread transcriptions for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors, making necessary corrections before uploading.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Direct Uploader in the field of medical transcription
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology, abbreviations, and procedures.
- Proficiency in using transcription software and EHR systems.
- Exceptional listening, grammar, and proofreading skills to accurately transcribe medical dictations.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under mínimal supervision, while also being a team player.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts and willingness to adapt to changing schedules as per business requirements.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
