**Key Responsibilities:*1**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our matrimonial services.
- Handle incoming client queries professionally.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate membership plans.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet monthly targets for membership sign-ups.

**Requirements**:*
- *Experience:* Minimum 2 years of telecalling experience (Matrimonial sector experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for maintaining records and data entry.

**Benefits**:*
