A sales and marketing Representative is responsible for providing support to the sales team and helping to increase revenue by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the sales team by generating leads through research and outreach.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interests, and identifying potential solutions.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
- Attend meetings with clients and prospects to help build relationships and close deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Assist with the development of marketing and sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas of growth.
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Continuously learn about the products and services offered by the company and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned by the sales manager or supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in sales, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software are a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in sales and customer service.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
