**Sales & CRM Representative Job Description Template**
We are looking to employ a dedicated, highly motivated, target driven and customer-oriented sales representative to drive sales and manage clients. - Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance & oversee customer retention, reactivation, etc.
- Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented in order to target marketing activities appropriately.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Meet with managers in the organisation to plan strategically.

- Proven sales experience with good communication skills along with customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- A team player with positive attitude & focus on customer satisfaction.
- A bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Polite, good listener, confident, target driven, presenting and pitching skills, adaptable, goal-orientated and self-motivated.
