Job Description: Sales and Marketing Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products and services, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. Your ability to build strong relationships, effectively communicate our value proposition, and close deals will be critical to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Generate sales leads and build customer relationships:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets.
- Nurture and build relationships with leads, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

2. Drive sales and meet targets:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Present our products and services to potential customers, showcasing their value and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, addressing customer concerns and objections.

3. Develop and implement marketing initiatives:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content, to effectively communicate our offerings.

4. Build and maintain customer relationships:

- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Regularly engage with customers through follow-up calls, meetings, and customer events.

5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Provide input and feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market demands.

6. Sales reporting and analysis:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including prospect information, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the [industry or sector].

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

3. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

4. Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.

5. Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.

6. Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

8. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

9. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹11,524.52 - ₹30,637.70 per month

**Benefits**:

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
