Job Description:
*Profile
- IT Cum Sap Executive

Job duties & responsibilities:

- Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
- Providing SAP system support and end-user training.
- conducting software tests, such as unit tests, to ensure that the systems function optimally and that all features integrate well with one another
- Recovery, reinstallation/reimaging of failed desktop and laptop computers
- Works across all studios to help identify, promote, and share best IT practices, tools, and processes
- Managing SAP server and rectification of SAP realted issues.
- Managing the windows operations, internet and hardware related issues.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Possibly training junior staff
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Manage information technology and computer system
