**Responsibilities**:

- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Assist the CEO and the CTO.
- Make travel arrangements
- Source office supplies
- Manage the calendar for the CEO, requiring interaction with both team members & visitors

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Admin.
- MS Office and English proficiency.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
