BIDDING- **Post: Bid/Pursuit - AM**

As a Pursuit Strategist, you will provide strategic and tactical support to help win new business. You will actively participate in developing pursuit strategies and overseeing the proposal management process. You will author client communications such as proposals, oral presentations, qualifications, and other documents.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Able to lead and guide the entire proposal process
- Ability to brainstorm and challenge the engagement teams to ensure the most successful outcomes as per the key client asks and devise winning strategies
- Lead story boarding sessions, facilitate key review meetings, manage proposal governance, review collaterals and proposals as necessary
- Ability to work with leadership including partners/Senior Leaders (MSLs/SLLs) and foster discussion from the client’s perspective and needs of the RFP
- Actively participate in developing proposal strategy, authoring proposals, develop win themes and conduct the research required to create persuasive proposal responses (RFP/RFI)
- Develop high-quality thematic proposals, presentation and meeting documents
- Actively participate at all stages of the proposal process and ensure adherence to firm guidelines and leverage best practices from global pursuit teams
- Drive, formulate and ideate customized proposals and presentations - developing value propositions and competitive differentiators
- Lead story boarding sessions, facilitate key review meetings, manage proposal governance, review collaterals and proposals as necessary
- Lead project resource planning, and implementation of processes
- Responsible for compliance with the firm’s independence policy and quality measures as it relates to proposals and business opportunities
- Build the proposal compliance matrix and track the fulfilment of all requirements
- Participate in regular proposal progress status meetings and meet the proposal schedule

- Strong business acumen
- English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Strong project management skills, the ability to establish priorities, set and manage schedules, and coordinate multiple projects at one time
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Highly developed MS-Office skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in proposal management/writing/bid management preferred
- Past experience in professional services (e.g., accounting, management consulting) highly desirable
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment
