**Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Concept Development**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and compelling visual concepts for photoshoots and video campaigns.
- **Photography and Videography**: Capture high-quality images and videos that align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.
- **Model Sourcing and Casting**: Identify and select suitable models for photoshoots and video productions.
- **Set Design and Styling**: Contribute to set design and styling to create visually impactful and immersive environments.
- **Post-Production**: Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet brand standards and deliver high-quality final products.
- **Equipment Management**: Maintain and operate photography and videography equipment.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay updated on the latest trends in fashion photography and videography.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in fashion and luxury photography and videography.
- Proven portfolio showcasing exceptional creative vision and technical skills.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling through visuals.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion.
