**Job Description**:
We are looking for a skilled Videographer and Photographer to join our team at Sort Eazy Home Improvements. In this role, you will be responsible for creating captivating visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our target audience. From product photography to lifestyle videos, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and driving engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with brand objectives.
- Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots, including set design, lighting, and staging, to capture high-quality imagery.
- Capture product photography that highlights the features and benefits of our home storage solutions in a visually appealing manner.
- Produce engaging video content, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and lifestyle videos, that showcases our products in action.
- Edit photos and videos to enhance quality and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography and videography to continually improve the quality of our visual content.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of assets for marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Manage equipment and resources effectively to optimize productivity and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in both photography and videography.
- Proficiency in DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
- Creative eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in visual style and branding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
- Passion for photography and videography, with a desire to continuously learn and improve your craft.
- Knowledge of home improvement or interior design is a plus, but not required.
