**Job Title: Fashion Photographer/Videographer**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**I. E-commerce Visual Production (Photography & Video)**:

- Plan and execute high-quality product photography and video for online platforms, ensuring accurate representation and dynamic showcasing of garments and accessories.
- Maintain meticulous consistency in lighting, styling, and composition across all e-commerce shoots.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage high volumes of visual content production.

**II. Instagram Reels & Short-Form Content Creation (Photography & Video)**:

- Conceptualize, shoot, and produce engaging, visually appealing Instagram Reels and diverse short-form video content to promote products and strengthen brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and social media teams to create content that aligns with brand strategy and current trends.
- Utilize creative shooting, lighting, composition, and editing techniques to capture dynamic, attention-grabbing visuals with a strong focus on visual storytelling.

**III. Campaign Production & Cinematography Focus (Photography & Video)**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for comprehensive campaign shoots, encompassing both studio and on-location photography and videography with a strong cinematic approach.
- Collaborate effectively with stylists, models, and creative directors to achieve the desired aesthetic and brand messaging, ensuring high-quality cinematography and photographic composition.
- Capture compelling high-quality photo and video footage that perfectly aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.

**IV. Post-Production Mastery (Photo & Video Editing)**:

- Perform advanced photo and video editing, retouching, and color correction to ensure high-quality final images and videos.
- Utilize professional editing software including **Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects** to enhance visuals and maintain consistent brand aesthetics.
- Efficiently manage and organize digital assets, ensuring a streamlined workflow and robust file management.

**V. Creative Direction & Collaboration**:

- Actively contribute to creative brainstorming and concept development for all photo and video shoots, bringing a strong cinematic vision and photographic perspective.
- Collaborate seamlessly with stylists, models, and other cross-functional team members (design, development, marketing).
- Maintain a strong, up-to-date understanding of current fashion trends, visual aesthetics, and cinematic and photographic techniques.

**VI. Equipment Management**:

- Maintain, manage, and troubleshoot all photography and videography/cinematography equipment, ensuring optimal working condition and readiness for all shoots.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 5 years of professional experience** in fashion photography and videography/cinematography roles.
- **Strong, diverse portfolio** showcasing exceptional expertise in e-commerce, Instagram Reels, and large-scale campaign photo and video production with a clear cinematic and high-fashion photographic style.
- **Proficiency in professional videography/cinematography and photography equipment**, including advanced knowledge of lighting techniques, camera operation, and various camera rigs/stabilization equipment.
- **Advanced skills in photo editing, video editing, retouching, and color correction** using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro.
- **Strong understanding of current fashion trends, visual aesthetics, and the principles of cinematic and photographic storytelling.**:

- **Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.**:

- **Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.**

**Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skillset)**:

- Knowledge of sound design and audio editing for video.
- Experience with studio management and advanced cinematic lighting setups.
