**Job Role : Corporate Gifting (Sales Backend Operations)**

**Location: Near Indore Airport, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Client Communication and Backend Sales Operations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding bulk gifting programs.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized gifting solutions that align with their brand and objectives.

**Project Management**:

- Plan, organize, and execute bulk gifting programs from start to finish.
- Coordinate with vendors to source high-quality products within budget constraints.
- Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering as needed to fulfill client orders.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the excellence of each gift package.

**Vendor Relations**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Conduct regular vendor evaluations to ensure quality and reliability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings to enhance gifting options.

**Logistics and Shipping**:

- Oversee the logistics of gift assembly, packaging, and shipping.
- Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Resolve any shipping issues or delays to minimize client impact.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets for each gifting program, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Track expenses, review invoices, and reconcile accounts to maintain financial accuracy.

**Customer Satisfaction**:

- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Continuously seek ways to improve gifting programs and enhance the customer experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services with existing clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 1+ years of experience** in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: Up to ₹380,000.00 per year
