- Conduct **keyword research and audience targeting** to improve ad performance.
- Manage and track **paid search campaigns** across multiple platforms.
- Utilized **Google Analytics** to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Implement **A/B testing** to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with designers and content writers to develop high-quality ad copies and visuals.
- Stay updated with **Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices**.

**Must-Have Skills & Tools**:

- **Google Ads Management**: Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing Ads
- **Analytics & SEO**: Google Analytics, Web Analytics, Conversion Tracking
- **B2B Marketing**: Lead Generation, Targeting Business Audiences, LinkedIn Ads
- **Paid Advertising**: PPC Campaigns, Keyword Research, A/B Testing
- **Marketing & Branding**: Online Marketing, Content Marketing, Landing Page Optimization

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Minimum of 1 year of experience** in **Google Ads management and B2B digital marketing**.
- Strong knowledge of **PPC advertising, bid management, and performance tracking**.
- Experience with **conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization**.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to **analyze trends, track KPIs, and optimize strategies** accordingly.
