**Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO/SEM Optimization**: Optimize content for search engines and manage Google AdWords campaigns to ensure maximum visibility and traffic.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- **PPC Campaigns**: Manage and optimize pay-per-click campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media ads to drive leads and conversions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- **Lead Generation**: Implement strategies to generate quality leads and drive conversions through targeted digital marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
- **Content Creation**: Experience with content creation and writing for digital platforms.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- **Marketing Tools**: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM software.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (WordPress, Shopify).
- Experience in e-commerce marketing is a plus.
