Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies across various digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Create and optimize compelling ad campaigns to maximize lead generation, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and optimize ad targeting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets.
- Perform A/B testing and continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Utilize advanced targeting options, audience segmentation, and remarketing techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new advertising features or tools on digital platforms, providing recommendations for implementation.
- Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics and KPIs to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop engaging ad creatives and compelling landing pages that drive conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in creating and managing successful lead generation campaigns using Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, tools, and best practices
- Solid understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization techniques.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
