**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Follow-ups**: Call potential customers from provided databases and convert leads into sales.
**Customer Engagement**: Build relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
**Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
**Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales conversions in CRM software.
**Feedback Collection**: Gather customer insights, objections, and preferences to improve sales strategies.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales team to strategize and optimize outreach efforts.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
