**Job Title: Telesales Executive - Trademark Law Firm**

**Reports to**: Sales Manager / Marketing Director
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: 12,000 TO 20,000 + Attractive incentive upto 80k to 1 lakh
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Telesales executive** who have convincing ability.
- **Lead Generation & Outreach**: Conduct outbound calls to businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs who may require trademark law services, such as trademark registration, protection, and infringement matters.
- **Client Education**: Explain the firm's trademark services clearly and persuasively, helping potential clients understand the importance of protecting their brand and intellectual property.
- **Follow-up Calls**: Consistently follow up with leads and clients who have shown interest to ensure high conversion rates.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients through continuous communication, addressing questions and concerns.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, call logs, and progress in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule consultations or meetings between clients and the firm’s attorneys for further discussions on trademark services.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by converting leads into clients and fostering a steady pipeline of new business.
- **Collaboration with Marketing**: Work closely with the marketing department to ensure leads are targeted effectively and that marketing strategies align with telesales efforts.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about current trends in trademark law and the competitive landscape to better address client needs.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Proven telesales or telemarketing experience, preferably in legal services or intellectual property.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage potential clients effectively.
- **Sales Orientation**: Strong sales ability with a passion for exceeding targets and growing business opportunities.
- **Knowledge of Trademark Law**: Basic knowledge of trademark law and intellectual property is a plus, but training can be provided.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle a high volume of calls.
