We’re looking for passionate and motivated fresher Telesales Executives to join our team and help drive our sales efforts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our premium home and commercial products.
- Introduce new customers to our product offerings, ensuring they understand the benefits and features.
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Build rapport with customers and guide them through the purchase process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- 0-6 month of experience required.
- Education: BBA, MBA are highly preferable
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
- Motivated to learn and grow within a sales career.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
