**Job Title**: Food & Beverage Associate
**Location**: Peninsula Redpine Hotel, Andheri East, Airport Road Metro Station, Mumbai
**Department**: Food & Beverage Service

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and responsive service.
- Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas.
- Assist in preparing the restaurant/bar/outlet for daily operations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Handle billing processes and operate POS systems when required.
- Support team members and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in F&B service (hotel or restaurant).
- Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Energetic, polite, and guest-focused personality.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
