Job Summary:
The ECommerce Executive will be responsible for handling product listings, packing, managing the store, and achieving set sales targets. This role combines operational tasks with a sales-driven approach, focusing on improving revenue while ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing: Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images to attract customers.

Order Packing: Handle order packing to ensure each package is accurately prepared and dispatched promptly, meeting quality standards.

Store Management: Oversee the store’s physical and online presence, keeping the inventory organized, labeled, and easily accessible.

Sales Target Achievement: Work toward achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets, tracking sales performance, and implementing tactics to drive revenue growth.

Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish stock levels as needed and updating the eCommerce platform to prevent stock outs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Graduate or Post Graduate

Experience: 1-2 years in eCommerce, retail, or sales-oriented roles.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and inventory management tools.

Sales Orientation: Goal-driven with a focus on achieving set sales targets.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication for internal coordination.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of sales techniques and tactics to improve conversions and customer engagement.

Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics to drive online sales

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
