**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate products/services.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information in CRM.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to maximize sales and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Gender**: Female
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years in sales (industry-specific experience is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Thorough understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven with a results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Fluency in [Insert language(s) - e.g., English, Hindi, local language]
- Ability to travel as needed (if applicable)

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
