Looking for Social Media Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and brand image.

Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, graphics, and captions, to showcase our jewelry collections and brand values.

Platform Management: Manage and maintain the company's presence on key social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Youtube and others.

Audience Engagement: Identify target audiences and tailor content and campaigns to reach and engage them effectively. Responding to comments, messages, and engaging in conversations about our products.

Content Calendar: Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule that reflects product launches, promotions, festivals and relevant events.

Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with jewelry influencers and brand ambassadors to promote our products authentically.

Paid Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness, reach, and sales.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms. Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends, jewelry industry trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the lifestyle industry.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent written and visual communication skills.

Creative mindset with an eye for design aesthetics.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: Ranka Jewellers Pimpri Chinchwad

Hours: 10:30am to 7:30pm

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
