**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and grow our online community.
- Create and curate high-quality content for multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content creation, publishing, monitoring, and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.
- Stay informed about industry news, trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a Social Media or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling through compelling content.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with social media advertising and familiarity with ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
