Tellecaller Receptionist

**We are hiring for 4 profiles:

- **
2 telecaller:

- 100% cold calling location swargate pune
2 telecaller cum receptionist:

- 50% cold calling and 50% Reception work location Katraj Kondhwa road, Pune.
- **Making calls**: Managing incoming and outgoing calls, and making outbound calls to potential customers
- **Explaining products**: Explaining company products and services, and providing information about real estate projects
- **Setting meetings**: Fixing meetings for the sales team
- **Following up**: Following up with clients and building good relationships
- **Maintaining records**: Maintaining daily call records and accurate records of customer interactions in the database
- **Submitting reports**: Submitting daily progress reports and updates as required by the reporting manager
- **Identifying needs**: Identifying customer needs and understanding their requirements and needs
- **Staying updated**: Staying updated with market trends
- Immediate Joiner referred.
