**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member to help complete all allocated tasks.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns and prepare promotional presentations
- Perform market analysis and research.
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company managers.
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management system.
- Help organize marketing events.
- Updating documents and sales records.
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
- Observing and carrying out sales processes.
- Assisting managers with negotiations.
- Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to new staff.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience of minimum 3 years as a marketing executive or similar role.
- Good understanding of market research & data analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office & marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational & time-management abilities.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration, or relevant discipline.
- Must have a laptop, driving licence & vehicle (two-wheeler or four wheeler) for field work.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
