We are developing internal tools to help students, mentors, and parents track performance, plan better, and make smarter academic decisions.

**About the Role**

We are hiring a **Education Data Scientist & Dashboard Builder** to help design internal systems that turn raw academic data into actionable insights.

This is **not a corporate reporting job**. You’ll build tools that affect real-time student learning and mentor decision-making.

You’ll work closely with the founder and core team to shape dashboards used daily by students, teachers, and parents.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design clean, modular dashboards for academic progress, doubts, tests, and syllabus tracking
- Analyze educational data (test scores, chapter timelines, attendance, work items, etc.)
- Build charts, KPIs, and visual summaries to highlight learning patterns
- Collaborate with non-tech mentors to understand real academic workflows
- Convert raw backend data into structured insights (completion rate, doubt resolution time, retest need, etc.)
- Ensure intuitive UX even for first-time users

**Required Skills**:

- Strong data visualization sense — clean, logical, intuitive UI
- Proficiency with tools like **Google AI Studio**, **React**, or similar
- Familiarity with **JavaScript**, **Python**, or **TypeScript** for data processing
- Hands-on experience with **Firebase (Firestore/Auth)** or any NoSQL backend
- Working knowledge of visualization libraries (e.g., **Recharts**, **Chart.js**)
- Ability to work closely with non-tech stakeholders (mentors, academic heads)

**Bonus Skills**
- Understanding of EdTech, learning analytics, or student performance tracking
- Portfolio of dashboards or internal tools
- Experience in **AI-driven insights**, automation, or chatbot integration
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and spacing (TailwindCSS or similar)

**Preferred Background**
- B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or ICT
- Real-world experience building dashboards or workflow tools
- Freshers with serious project work are welcome to apply
