**Job Title: Production Supervisor**

**Location**: [Bawana - industrial Area]

**Department**: Manufacturing

**Reports to**: Production Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Production Operations**: Lead and manage the daily activities of the production team to ensure efficient, on-time, and quality production in line with company targets.
- **Monitor Performance**: Track and report production metrics (e.g., output, downtime, quality) and make recommendations for improvements.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure production processes meet the required quality standards. Identify and resolve any issues related to quality, productivity, or equipment.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety procedures and ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations. Conduct regular safety checks and provide training on safe work practices.
- **Inventory and Material Management**: Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure proper inventory levels of raw materials and supplies needed for production.
- **Problem Solving**: Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to the workflow.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with management to implement efficiency and productivity enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment or a related field. Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role is a plus.
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A degree or certification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and safety standards.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet production goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read and understand production schedules and technical documents.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using basic computer software (MS Office, etc.) and production management tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
