Job Description:

- We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at The Prints Hub, a leading manufacturer of rigid boxes. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. You will work closely with production teams, managers, and other departments to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.

Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to maintain high productivity and quality standards.

Monitor production processes and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Collaborate with quality control teams to address product defects and implement corrective actions.

Maintain production records, reports, and documentation for performance tracking and analysis.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability and minimize downtime.

Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance production skills and knowledge.

Participate in production meetings, discussions, and strategic planning sessions to improve operations.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in production supervision or management in a manufacturing environment, preferably in rigid box manufacturing.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
